Description: Deputy Farrell suffered a heart attack after he responded to a call for assistance from Deputy Buys regarding an automobile accident. The one-vehicle accident, which had involved an injury, occurred on the beach where the vehicle had rolled over in the surf. Deputy Farrell, who had a four-wheel drive, assisted Deputy Buys get the vehicle out of the surf. Shortly afterwards, Deputy Farrell became ill and requested medical aid. He was transported to the hospital where he died.
